No Response from Support, iTunes Engineering now involved.
I have submitted several tickets, approximately 10 or so with varying issues. I received an answer on one ticket, and the answer only responded to half of the ticket.... The other half dozen or more tickets have been completely ignored or auto closed due to them being bugs. I have already been in touch with the iTunes engineering department and they have made an attempt to contact WB Support as well on my behalf. If we cannot get a response any quicker than weeks to even months, then i will ahve to work with iTunes totake the next step. Being that i am spending my hard earned dollars to paly a game that i found enjoyable, but am unable to get any help with is very frustrating. No alerts for attacks, numerous bugs, and not receiveing items in packs that i purchased is unaccceptable. Now today the new bug arrises that we cannot see Rallies in the rally screen. Ticket#'s are as follows if you can get them to take a look at anything.
I understand that I "Should not create another ticket for multiple issues and that i should just respond to the confirmation to add to the same ticket, but when i put two issues on the same ticket, they ignore one and brush the other off into iTunes' lap, therefore i continue to create tickets until i get a response. And mods please dont come back with the usual "your tickets have been answered please respond to the emails" because i have received one partial answer to half of one ticket, so when they can respond to an entire ticket in less than a month, then i will attempt to consolidate my issues to one ticket.
