I don't know who else to turn to...I have tried emailing your customer service team through several of your "support" categories, but not a single person has gotten back to me. I understand you guys are busy, but as a paying customer who's spend X amount of dollars on this game, I demand that I get an answer and a resolution from someone, preferably a supervisor as I am beyond tired of this waiting game. I tried being patient because I understand that you have limited staff to assist, but again, you devalue your paying customers by not even taking a moment to acknowledge us. Should I just go seek my $5k CAD refund from Apple? Is that what you prefer me to do?xa0
Can a MOD or someone get me in touch with the right people as soon as possible? I spend money on this game because I love Game of Thrones, I work hard for my money at my age, and I choose to spend it on a game I thoroughly enjoy with the limited free time I have.xa0Thanks for the help.
