Well hello there support rep that closed my ticket before it was done. And yes, players are being compensated too much while legitimate issues like mine get 75k, for being locked out a week and your support took 10 days to get back to me. I was just about to send proof of scams for millions of gold when you closed my ticket. I need some legitimate contact information where I can have a dispute resolved legally. One that does not go through support. I’m pretty sure your tech support team does not have law degrees.
