I lost all access to my account yesterday I have filed two tickets Ticket #24022-1365147 and Ticket #24022-1352949 explaining that I have lost access to my account. Both tickets I received a response explaining the power loss for research. When I responded back the response team started that my tickets were closed. My account is a $16000 account. This shows that the support team doesn’t give a s$&@ about our issues. Only taking our money. I hope everyone understands that. This is an extreme lack of professionalism on the support teams part. When they don’t even attempt to read the ticket they just send an automatic response to all tickets. I’m completely disgusted at the support of this game and unless something is changed will not be playing this game anymore. Good job support team way to lose a customer
