Last night I was attacked and zeroed on both my main and alt accounts. I do know that my shields had expired, but I received NO notification of the incoming enemy attack. The problem with notifications has been ongoing and I’ve posted about it before. Someone asked me what my ticket number was - I was never given a ticket number, just a response saying “Thanks for posting” as always. I’m not here to complain about the fact that I was attacked - my shields expired and I got hit. But what happened just before, during and after that is what I have a problem with. As I said, there was no notification of the incoming enemy attack, so I had no chance to shield up. But probably as frustrating, if not more, is that for my main account, I have fifty battle reports and not one of them shows my troops having been engaged in the defense of my keep at all, nor do any of the enemy reports show loss for them of any kind - power, wounded, or killed. Considering I was nearing 9M in power before the attack and was down to around 2.3M after, I’d say those fifty battle reports are problematic to say the least. Each one, from the very first to the very last shows I suffered zero power loss, zero wounded and zero killed. I have no idea what the real number would be - I had over 100K t7’s each of Infantry, Cavalry and Ranged and beyond that I don’t know. I have SS of some of the reports - or I can SS all of them, but that would be cumbersome. To top it all off, while trying to train troops to replace what I lost, and after having just bought a package that included speed ups, I was using the 5 minute speed ups when I saw the counter actually zero out although I had over 100 left - I had JUST bought a $99 package! I continued training, thinking to use the 1minute speed ups, and the same thing happened. I watched as the counter went to zero after I tapped it although I had over 400 of the 1 minute speed ups. The disappearing of speed ups has happened before. I’ll be speed training, healing or building and, having chosen a speed up I knew I had plenty of will be stopped in my tracks when I get an “Out of Sync” error and look down to see the counter at zero. I just never saw it actually happen before last night. To me that’s more than a bug issue. To me this is WB stealing back what I bought and I have no idea how many times it’s happened and really, I think it’s just low and nasty business. So, now here I am...I just spent more money with you (I bought a package for my alt as well) and what I bought is doing a disappearing act right before my eyes. My game has been glitching for days, I don’t get credit for power for training half the time, and if I want to replace my speed ups i’m supposed to pay that ridiculous price you want for them - EACH - in gold? No, I don’t think so WB. And I don’t think i’ll be shelling out any more real money either. I’m watching it zero out too fast.
