Pretty annoyed here now. I sent a couple things to my tickets via email today and I get this reply:
Your request could not be processed because the ticket is in the status Closed.To submit this as a new issue, please visit our support portal.
WAIT WHAT? I never got a reply, so how in the hell do you close it on a ticket you say a person will contact me on?

I'm calling Apple after work today. I lost 300k+ T8 troops on a glitch that your game created and then you just close the ticket without informing people.
If you have created a ticket with WB I suggest you reply to the email that gets sent saying they received it.. Likely they just closed the ticket.
