I have posted my issue before. I have waited over a month to get some response from customer support. I have been locked out of my account and followed all steps to recover it. Today I recieved a email from your Senior Support, replied with questions, only to have my ticket closed! Is that the kind of customer service you offer ? So now after waiting a month to addres this issue I have had to submit a new ticket and kindly request any assistance with this matter especially after having spent alot on a game with tons of glitches (Just to have my ticket closed because Senior Customer Support does not want to answer customer questions).
