Last time I submitted a ticket it tool two weeks to get a response. I see many other people here complaining about this. I spoke to a Google play rep to find out what my options are. I learned that any company offering apps on the Google play store are required to offer resolution on tickets within three business days. I have also learned that every app in the store has a report developer tab at the bottom of the page. I definitely plan to send a report every day beyond the allotted three, I agree with everyone else, the response times are inexcusable. We pay alot of money for this and expect better customer service.
