I've recently submitted a ticket and was hoping it will get resolve. However, all I got was a generic respond and a threat from one of the support agent. Basically saying f*** you and if you keep doing this your account will get banned. I've invested thousands in this game and when I seek for help from customer support, this is what I get? How do you guys expect people to spend money on this game if they don't give a crap and giving out threats?

I read all your previous conversations with us and I see that we have already compensated for similar issues that you have experienced. I will be unable to provide any further compensation for this issue.
What I can do for you now is, I can forward your concern to the development team for review to make sure that our players don't experience such issues with the game in future. I have already done that by adding suitable notes.
Additionally, I would like to inform you that continually creating multiple tickets across different emails in order to solicit different responses from customer support or in an attempt to receive compensation multiple times for a single issue is a form of abuse of support. Continuing to make multiple fraudulent claims may result your account being suspended.
We are always working to make our games a better experience for all of our players and appreciate your assistance!
Not only I was threaten but also got accused for "abusing support"? And the game is so f*** up that there are multiple issues with scout report and they all lumped it up in 1 issue trying to avoid the fact that the game is broken and they are not fixing it.
