This seems to be an issue across the board for all players. We have issues, bugs with the game and submit a ticket for help resolving them. A lot of players spend real world money to play. To have serious issues that go ignored is not only aggravating but very bad customer service. This is not the first game of this type I have played, invested my time, energy and money in but it is one of the worst when it comes to addressing the issues of your players(customers). I have a couple tickets for completely different issues in and still have not received the promised response within the 2 day time frame. I understand the developers read bug reports and don't always respond but for one of the issues I have I have replied to the message with screenshots and even just a estimated time frame for the fix would be nice!
