I like the fact you unlock the seats at different times, but it don’t take long for players to get tired of the game, and quitting, because there’s nothing new to offer. There’s also the issue with people being farmed, that causes a player to lose interest. A way in which you could help alleviate this, is to not only have contention for being the dominant alliance in the kingdom, taking the throne and seats. But you could instigate gameplay, by forcing kingdoms to work together in a server competition. Once an alliance claims the throne, that would open the server to server vs server gameplay. So long as the throne is occupied, the server is able to participate in server vs server competition. You would of course have to put a window of opportunity for this gameplay, where the servers are only open for a predestined amount of time, and periodically, so people have enough time to cater to the gameplay in their own kingdom, as well as give time to lick the wounds. Just an idea to enhance gameplay, and offer a different function for diplomacy within the Kingdoms.
