    I am sorry that you have not received your tier rewards from events. Have you raised a ticket about this with the Support team? If you haven't, please raise a ticket with through the in-game Settings menu or our website (go.wbgames.com/support). You may want to check this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 as it gives details of the different ticket types and their responses e.g. a ticket raised as a "Bug Report" will be used to gather information to fix a bug, but players may not get individual replies.

    If you have raised a ticket, please reply with the ticket number. Thank you for your patience.

    Support isn't going to do anything on this.  I've had this happen 3x since Aug where I have 2 different totals for a certain event.  My total points, which would be correct, would be higher than my points in the rewards.  Now when an event starts I reboot the game before I start the event and that seems to work.

     

    Support told me it's a known bug and that they won't be providing compensation.  Good luck to you though hopefully you have better luck than I did.
