    I am so sorry that you have not received your pack, I can understand how they would be frustrating. If you haven't already, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support team through the in-game Settings menu or our website ( and they will be able to look into this further.

    You may want to check this post: as it gives details of the different ticket types and their responses e.g. a ticket raised as a "Bug Report" will be used to gather information to fix a bug, but players may not get individual replies.
