    I'm sorry that you were charged for a teleport but it did not work, I can understand it being frustrating when you need help. If you can't see the teleport in your items, please raise a ticket with Customer Support through the in-game Settings menu or our website ( and they will be able to rectify this for you.
    Before raising a ticket, please look at this post: as it advises of the different ticket types and the different responses they receive. For example, a "Bug Report" would be used to gather information to correct a bug but would not get a specific response.
    If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reply to this post with your ticket number.
