    I am sorry that you are not able to see your account on your new phone. Do you have your account bound to Facebook or Game Center? Are you signed in to your Facebook/Game Center account on the new device? If it is not bound you will not be able to get the account on another device and please make sure that you are signed into your Facebook/Game Center account on the new device before opening the game.
    In order to bind your GoTC account to your Facebook/Game Center account, please open the settings in the app, select the "Account" option and then bind your account through the in game settings.
    You can access the in game settings by tapping the cog icon at the top of your screen, just under the gold icon.
    If you have tried this and you still cannot find your account, please raise a ticket with Customer Support through the in-game Settings menu or our website (go.wbgames.com/support) and they will be able to look into this for you.
    Before raising a ticket, please look at this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 as it advises of the different ticket types and the different responses they receive. For example, a "Bug Report" would be used to gather information to correct a bug but would not get a specific response.

    Hello, thanks for answer. Yes i have game center. when i connect to game, nothing happens.
