    We appreciate your feedback regarding the support you have received from Customer Service and we'll be sure to forward it along to the team for their review. Also, please understand we are unable to discuss assistance we may have provided to another player as all inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    You mentioned speaking to a WB developer in Discord, however we do not currently have any official presence through that channel. Could you let me know what made you believe they were a WB employee?
