Really at my wits end now; i honetly dont understand how this game is supposed to work, or how the customer service works?
I have, after playing numeros Free-mium game submitted tickets when i see issues, when i have been smashed at no notice, when my game crashed constantly, when it froze constantly, when i get hundrers of notificaitons a day about ficituous port rewards or shrine wishes, full farms - but none when i get scouted or attacked, rally creatures vanishing, normal creatures vanishing, crafting being more of a lottery than the lottery - and thats not even PvP issues or the massive imbalance in resources available.
Most get closed, some get ignored, and after 2 months of emails at Christmas where i was zeroed to the ground, i was offered 3 x 8 hour peace shields and advised to shield to protect myself - i.e. pay to play the game
I am fully active on this, and do all i can to be patient but its ridiculous, if it wasnt for the social aspect of the game i would have uninstalled it and walked away with my money lost. But i am sick fed up of being ignored
A few days ago i sent you an example of my team mate having a response and some compensation for the exact same but i reported and i get nothing, how on earth can you justify this?!?
I dont want you to start giving me 11m gold like you do for some people, i just would common decency, some feedback and a relative and proprtionate amount of recompense whilst you tinker with a game that was released with a hellish amount of bugs, that we as players are paying for you to fix.
I look at these forums and see all sorts of kingdoms and people compaining of the same, many quoting where you are breaching TOS and robbing people!!!! What is this?!?
The last of my tickets is #24022-1491215 and i have loads more, looks like you closed them with no reply. Please feel free to do so again, as i and many others have been accustomed too
