    I was able to look into your help request and I am happy to clarify the issue further. Back in September, "Great Hunt Packs" were offered through the in-game store and some of them did not reflect the value that the game team intended. This was quickly resolved and Gold was sent to players that bought one of the affected packs. If you did not receive a message through the in-game Message Center, that would mean your purchased pack was not affected and the items delivered were correct.

    I know that the problem happened in the same time with the problem of the great hunt, great hunt was a scam, same packs with same name but different value but same price, I was sure to have bough the right packs, just didn't got what I had to get

    Thats what I was talking about in my others posts and what trulli is talking in the post he opened today, I know that support have to be fast and have some phrase to say in some situations but if people complain explaining the problem maybe you could watch again in the situation.
