    I am sorry that you have had an issue with your pack purchase and that you haven't received a reply to your ticket. When did you raise the ticket? I know that our Customer Support team will be working to get the ticket answered as soon as possible. You may want to check this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 as it gives details of the different ticket types and their responses e.g. a ticket raised as a "Bug Report" will be used to gather information to fix a bug, but players may not get individual replies.
    If you have any further queries, please feel free to respond to this post with your ticket number. I have also moved this post to the Support section for better visibility.

    I pretty much got called a liar and told there us nothing that can be done so I explain in detail about what happened and exact same reply. I don't feel like my ticket even got read then someone has the exact same issue and gets compensated how do you pick and choose who gets what very disappointed

While I am unable to make an adjustment to your purchased pack, I will be sharing your feedback with the game team as they are always looking to make improvements to Game of Thrones: Conquest!
