This is my second post on the forum asking for some response to my ticket. I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and till not had any response whatsoever. Don’t tell me it’s been closed and appropriate action has been taken. I know this is just a standard response to shut me up. I want my ticket reviewed and compensation for my loss of troops due to a fault that prevented me getting no notification that my shield went down, that I was scouted or rallied. Yet a notification from the port. Please deal with this now, 10 days is an unacceptable response time. Your haven’t even responded yet. All the relevant information is in the ticket.
