I have put in numerous tickets all with the same responses that do absolutely nothing for my issue. I DO NOT WANT GOLD, what i want is someone that actually cares enough to help me with the issue. I talked to apple for 2 days trying to figure it out with the conclusion that it is not an apple issue. My phone will receive combat notifications with no alert which is useless. You guys say you have the notifications fixed they are not, it has to do with changing devices as i got a new device and now this is my issue. Given that you should be able to go into my account and clear device history off of it that should fix the issue but all i get are robot responses that do nothing. Is there a phone number i can call to talk to someone that may actually care about thier customer please?
