    I don't know about where you installed your app from. I installed from the Google Play Store. 

    Google has a Google Developer Policy that requires they provide a stable app - which they appear to be failing to do from the many people who are complaing. I've filed my complaint with Google Play. I suspect the same can be done with wherever you bought your version of the app from. 

     

    Maybe they'll realize how serious things are when their app gets pulled. 

    It's not like we're asking for REAL money to be given to us - make us WHOLE again. IT doesn't cost WB a DIME. We're still gonna spend money! Probably MORE because we'll actually be HAPPY instead of upset and going "Wait, why am I spending good money after bad with how they treated me when THEIR app failed?"

    Its not from when you downloaded the app, but which is your country, in my country as a lot in europe there aren't law about customer service so its not possible to obtain a refund from apple/google.

    Refunds are bound by strict guidelines. And you are right - refunds are a problem. Especially when MOST of those guidelines stipulate a max of 3 days before no refund option is avaiable. YET it takes atleast 3 days for WB to respond. So WB avoids the refund by simply waiting out the time to respond. 

     

    However, Developers must follow the guidelines of the store they sell through. The constant crashes violate a LOT of those guidelines. Also - when an App sells something and fails to deliver said product. 

     

    These are grounds to file a developer complaint. May not get the refund but a developer can have their app flagged and potentially pulled. It's not what anyone wants. Just want actual customer service that addresses the real issues. So if they don't provide that - file a developer complaint according to what they actually violate. 

     

    As in Google Play Store - Developers must ensure that their App provides a stable and responsive user experience. 

     

    How many of us have a stable and responsive experience while playing the game?

    Hi SpectreVortex,
    I apreciate that you looked into my ticket but even if that was reviewed to a Supervisor is clear that there is something wrong, doing some easy mats you can see that this compensation has no sense under all the points of view.
