I was recently zeroed in the game because I could not login at all for 3 days. This occurred between July 31, 2018 and August 3, 2018 during what was described as a known issue in game updates. I lost over 10 million in power. Not to mention the collective loss of power to my alliance members who reined me. I think they will be writing their own tickets.xa0 Of the troops that were not killed, it will take over 16 million just in food for me to heal.xa0
The fix came out after the fact, and while I can get in to the game at the moment I am more than a little irritated, discouraged, frustrated, and downright pissed off that this occurred.xa0 Adding insult to injury, right before the kingdom merge. There is no conceivable way for me to rebuild all of my destroyed traps, I had the max amount (52,400), killed troops and siege before the merge.
So I request that you compensate me for my losses that were directly caused by a "known issue"xa0
You should be aware that I am an active player who spends regularly buying packs of all sizes, but I will not spend another dime on this game until I am adequately compensated.
I have submitted two tickets for this and have not been presented with a solution. The reference numbers are: M6R9T7 (438675), submitted August 3, 2018 and M699JC (447134) submitted August 6, 2018.

I have had zero response for the event listed and am considering quitting the game because of it. xa0
Let me restate that I will not be spending any more money on GOTC until this is resolved to my satisfaction nor will I be recruiting players for it.
