    Thanks for the response. I am getting a reply, but the response rate is really slow (once every 2 days at best?), and the issues faced are urgent. Still waiting for another response.

    I got a response but all it did was close my ticket without helping me resolve my issue at all.

    Hello can I get a response? Its an urgent issue but it has dragged on for 2 weeks with hardly any response and templated unhelpful replies when there are

    I see that a response and compensation was granted on the 11th. If you have any further concerns or are facing a new issue, you may submit a new ticket.
