    Please don't open more tickets as this will only delay Support. If you have updates to the same ticket, please reply to the automatically generated email that is sent when your ticket is created.

    Can you please update the thread with you ticket number?

    #520456 Just sucks I get one reply that’s not helpful at all reply back immediately and have to wait another 24 hrs for yet another response. Would think that someone that has spent thousands of dollars would get a little faster response.

    Yes they have. Submitted the information they requested. Waiting to see what they need me to do now.
