    Hey Leexbored,

    Can you open a ticket with Support so they can explain further why you received the notification. You can submit a ticket either through the in game settings menu or here https://hbogamessupport.wbgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    If you already have a ticket number could you update the thread so someone can investigate for you.

    I have 3 accounts and 2 of them received the warning too and I allso don't use a bot. I wouldn't even know how/when or why I would! It's ridiculous

    Yes Yes it is ridiculous and I am not happy with the response. It states currently, which does not state if my account is still being reviewed do to using "Bot" seems like this is more about people playing multiple accounts on the same device and trying to stop people from doing farm accounts to make us spend more money then we already do. And that WB is just using the "bot" card to discourage players from haiving multiple accounts and playing multiple accounts and kingdoms. Could be wrong but when you close my ticket before I am able to ask futher questions is not very professional. I mean am I suppose to just submit a ticket or post on here when my question or issue is not resolved but to support they have to deal with other people and the response they gave was good enough. When in reality it just sends me in circles, and repeating a process that has failed me before.
    Because the response below only states currently but doesn't state or give a response to why I received the notification in the first place

    **bleep** that sucks! did your account get banned ? I have 8 accounts on one phone, ones my alt and the rest are farms but I havent recieved any warnings. Maybe you are spending to much money and the quick progress is sending red flags to their bots and that's why you are receiving warnings. maybe just stop spending money ? ;)

    I have less then 24 hours and I will find out. My hope in wb has went down hill a lot recently lol they basically told me I was out of luck when The creatures didn’t spawn for the “Great Hunt”. Event where we had to kill creatures to unlock rewards lol the highest I send was a level 15 and had to waste a few advance teleports and 100 stamina refills. Then the next day when I logged on they was creatures ever where, wasn’t the only one who had this issue but most people I know give up on wb not responding to them or taking forever to hear back from tickets and then don’t want to waste their time dealing with support to fix issues. Not me I spend money on here and quite a bit of time playing. And honestly I wouldn’t be as consistent if Wb didn’t ignore my first couple of issues I had. And after asking other players and reading forums I learned you have to be a little aggressive to feel like a Customer and at that point feeling like a valued customer seems non existent
