    Yay - more broken game

     

    I have got an idea; insted of this being F2P why dont they encourage players to buy packs, that way they will have some revenue they need to keep the servers and the game running smooothly

    lol 100% a world of frustration. This has to be an issue where compensation is persuable through law noh? I mean there are trade standards, consumer rights etc. wherein money purchases for faulty products is an issue right? ... People sue Starbucks all the time and win lol. The people vs. WB/Turbine

    If this game was funding GoT Season 9 to be showing quicker than 2019 then I'd be fine with it. But nah, just another cash cow where they don't give two poo-poos about the customers who pay to play

    Before I continue, I'd like to take the time to remind you that according to the Terms of Service, if legal action is mentioned, we (Warner Brothers and any affiliates - including us Forum Moderators) are no longer able to communicate with you in an unofficial capacity. In addition, you have also agreed to waive the ability to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

     

    We do understand that sometimes bugs may occur and affect a player's progress - and that is never intended; however, this is a part of software development. The team does try to fix what they can while still sticking to their release schedule for updates, but it's not always possible to fix things in time before an update. There also has to be consideration regarding touching certain parts of the source, as one little mistake can cause a major regression or a bug.

     

    So while Customer Support does try to assist with issues as best they can, and while the devs do try to quash what bugs they can, it's not going to be possible to have a perfect game; and we ask for your understanding when it comes to this.

    Jah bless the copy and paste function! Good job :) I'm proud of you. No need to reply, we can't be informal friends now because I typed out the words 'class action lawsuit' lol It's okay... I understand the big mans are making you do these things.
