Support tickets being ignored after help was promised
I lost access to my account and couldn’t reload it thru Game Center. I created a ticket and got a response telling me that I would receive gold to compensate and help build a new account; if I just sent screenshots of my in game purchases and new account name. I’ve done this multiple times over the last two weeks and I receive no replies except the automated one. This is beyond frustrating, you spend serious cash and hours everyday building alliances and interpersonal relationships then boom, it all goes away. Then someone says they will help and weeks go by and nothing. Original ticket #292088

Similar problem. I was told I was compensated for an issue I’d submitted a ticket for but no gold was put into my account. Customer service insists that they deposited gold to my IG acct. I’m so frustrated that part of me doesn’t want to play any of my WB games anymore. I spend way too much money for them to treat me like this. -
I agree I mean I’ve dropped 5700$+ on an account for them to give me generic responses and not actually read what I have posted with. I’ve basically lost money at this point this is the 6th day in a row without me being able to log into my account.

I've been locked out for more than 6 days and I've still not had a response on my ticket...

But I'm also giving up hope... It's kinda stupid that they let us wait SUPER long. While we are locked out of the game and cannot do anything.
And this while others do get answers on the less important tickets.
