Time for another kingdom merge

I agree that the game could use some structural changes, but people not wanting to attack each other is a social and cultural issue. While WBI/Turbine could incentivize that by lessening cost there is a large number of folks who will still avoid conflict wherever possible. Presumably there are other folks who are unhappy with the stasis driven by alliances and might be willing to opt-out of those agreements. But that's not something that WBI/Turbine can make happen, it's up to the players to get it going.

No, you’re correct, I got off on a tangent about NAPs. I guess what I was trying to say is that it doesn’t help the situation any when most of the kingdom is wrapped up in some “don’t hit me or I’ll cry” agreement. Take what I said about naps at face value, don’t read too much into. The environment needs to change, that WB can do.

The end-game appears to be moving in the direction of Seats of Power. Yes, some folks like TORRE are chasing bigger and bigger keeps to attack, but very few folks have the money to compete there. For the vast majority of kingdoms I imagine the practical limit is in the low-30m with T8s. So that leaves Seats of Power since they don't move and can't shield or grow. At the moment, unless you have 2:1 or 3:1 odds on players (going from the number of players on max reins) it's difficult and extremely expensive to win. Far more so than the Seat is "worth" from in-game bonuses. This, of course, shuts smaller allegiances out and given the performance and memory issues makes it difficult to handle logistically. But until that changes you need to work on trying to field 4 or 5 teams between your own and other allegiances for a 3.5 star.

truth is everyone losses in pvp, both side loss troops and gain almost nothing, so whats the point?, they have to make pvp worthwhile for people to do it.

What do you gain? Getting to play the game. What sort of things would make it "worthwhile" for you?

I think a “healing boost” like the attack/defense and resourse boosts would be great to help people recover their wounded after PvP.

We just took a paramount this weekend. Just because someone has one doesn’t meant they can’t be taken with the right strategy

I'd be curious to hear what your strategy was. In K114 it was hit with large numbers.of sets in a short period of time and then wait the 5 minutes to reset. I think it was something on the order of 6 sets.
