    The same here.

    I werent able to login 36 hours AFTER the update.

    I´ve lost 14 million power in case of that.

    A few hours after the attack i were able to login and take a shield, since then im waiting for the support to help me getting my power back.

    Sorry Ael but I think your SOL.  Support is a joke.  It's ridiculous you can't get a response and logged in over that long of a time frame.

    438779 Is my ticket number, I received a email today saying it was fixed and all that fake news... I’ve completely wiped my phone to factory, it’s only eight months old, redownlaoded the game from the Apple App Store, same story. Please fix this problem. Please test you updates before pushing them to the consumer and telling them that it’s fixed.

    Current game version in the apple store is: 1.7.224766

    Is there another version that has not yet been made available through apple yet? One that will fix the recent issues?

    It appears you may be experiencing a different issue as the known crashing issues were only affecting Android devices. Nevertheless, I see that an agent has provided you with additional troubleshooting steps in their latest response.

    The responses from WB customer service in the last two days are basically the same response. I have wiped my phone back to factory settings and downloaded the game from the apple App Store everyday with no change. The staff that is replying doesn’t seem to grasp that the Android problem and mine are separate.

    I’ve asked them to look and see if they’re is a blocked devices list that has my phones specifics on it and to see if they can remove it. I’ve asked them to do this more than once. They have not given me any indication that they have attempted to look into this request. I’ve stated before in my ticket that I was able to have a friend log into Game Center with my profile on their iPad and access my game to apply peace shields till this is resolved. My friend is several thousand miles away from me, that is only a temp work around. I need this to work on my iPhone 8. Can you please check into my issue deeper?

    Today WB CS Karadol told me to try another device. I’ve already described that other devices work. It’s insulting to have to go round and round and repeat myself in plain text black and white. I need my iPhone 8 to work. Can you help me out as I’m getting absolutely zero progress with Karadol at WB CS?

    I’ve downloaded several other apps and games to include HBO WB Westworld and they all work just fine, the problem resides with the GOTC servers

    I strongly feel that when the hand shake between my phone and your server is happening at the server that the server is not completing the hand shake and this is when the phone gives me the error.
