I fully support this and am shocked by the discontinuity between George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire and this game. Please, I implore you all to help make this change happen! Thank you.

My master jack told that I needed to approve this message as well. I would have done it without him telling me though.

Greetings, as the current Lady Paramount of the Vale, the first of her name, Greylane aka BootBootPirate, I cannot expressly gratitude for this message more. Calvary armor dedicated to the fabled Knights of the Vale is much more suitable than that of house Martell, the great defenders. The Knights of the Vale are known for their gallant horsemanship and fighting tactics, just as much as the great Eyrie is known for its impregnable wall, the sky cells, and the moon door which k127 used to forcefully push out the maximum amount of reins and fall to their untimely demise. As Sir Bronn of Blackwater Bay so eloquently put it, we impregnated the bitch and took it by right and force of strength. Please honor us and the rest of our fellow comrades by marking the cavalry armor as House Arryn/Knights of the Vale and do us all a favor and at least watch the **bleep** show.

May the light of the 7 shine on you and yours,

    Greylane

I totally agree with this.We need this gear to be from either Tyrell or the vale. They look much more suitable and also they are correct according to the books.house Martell is known for their defending ability.the vale has the best cav in westeros so you should make it vale.

Please read more books and watch less TV, the Devs are absolutely right on this one. "Fabled are the sand steeds bred by the Dornish. These horses are slim and swift, with elegant heads, long necks, and flowing manes.[6][24] They are considered to be the most beautiful horses in the Seven Kingdoms.[25] Though they are smaller than regular warhorses and lightboned, unable to bear the weight of armor,[24][25] they can run for near two days and a night before tiring,[24] needing only a few drinks of water over the course of a day and a night.[25]", these quotes are from the books. I hope this helps clear up the misinformation in this post. House Martell, yesh! Xmas has come early baby!

Or you know, some gear that uses viper venom poison would be cool.

With all due respect balerion, I have read every bit of ASOIAF as well as the expanded content. Your quote only discusses the beautiful & swift horses of Dorne not unparalleled cavalrymen. (and specifically says they can't wear armor) We don't get the horses in the game, we're making the armor of the soldiers. Nowhere in any of the content are the dornish fabled for their cavalrymen. Knights of the Vale make sense for cavalry gear 2.0 house martell does not.

Yep, I have to agree. And it woyld be nuce ti gave a defensive set of armor to wesr when logging off. Martell was also known for their navy before being prevented from rebuilding it by Robert.

I wouldn't look too closely at the names of these things. The Bolton gear, for example? House Bolton was never a particularly large house for cavalry. Manderly had significantly more, for instance. Or Faith Militant gear. They're shown primarily as a bunch of folks weilding, essentially, clubs. Not so much in the way of siege equipment. I'm not even going to get into how cutting of their hair and weaving it into underwear helps me batter down walls better.
