    I understand your concerns and I see that an agent is already in contact with you in ticket #228184. They will respond to your latest reply as soon as possible.

    Please also keep in mind that we are unable to discuss compensation that may have been provided to other players as each ticket is handled on a case-by-case basis.

    I appreciate the reply, i really do. But its not really cool to say you can't discuss others.

     

    Others discuss with others, and i know fine that as a non-big spender WB/GOTC do nothing about the majority of issues

     

    Is that fair? Potentially you could argue yes, but in reality the in game losses are the same and should be treated as the same

     

    I am just on a non-stop merry go round with your customer servicer reps, who should really have just remidied the issues i reported them

     

    Can they not see whats happening in game? Is it just them taking peoples words for things?

     

    Being a day 1 player; the disrespect i feel when i am yet again asked to restart my router, download the newest version or flip my phone on to airplane mode is staggering!!!!

     

    Stop looking at what people have spent and look at what they have suffered in game and compensate that way

     

    The detail, screenshots and examples i provided are far and away more than others i have seen have instant recompense.

     

    This is why the game loses players; you should be trying to keep them. not lose them

     

    To regain customers on an mobile game is virtually impossible.

    Hello

    Seems like a busy day for me

    As per your advice for every bug i report i downloaded the newst update

    However - now its crashing everyime i look about the map.......

    Will this get fixed today? Or do i have to bubble and hope its fixed tomorrow

    Assuming i can get in the game long enogh that it.....

    Not a problem, we're here to help -- though Customer Support does occasionally check in here when possible. For example, here is a member of Customer Support. Spectre does try to get everything handled when and where possible, so I'd advise to just give it a little bit more time for a check-in on the progress of this and see if there is anything else that can be looked into as a potential solution.

    I do appreciate it, it makes a nice change to someone just emailing to tell me to put my phone on airplane mode

     

    Perhaps could go and look at my ticket, i have just updated it AGAIN to re-list my concerns and issues and add in the tickets that i had raised (and were promptly closed) to report it

    Quite disappointed, again, to find no reply to my tickets, no request for extra information

     

    Can i ask what the point in the ticket/customer service option is? 

     

    Unless you spend a lot of money; in which case you are compensated whether its true or not, you have no voice in the game

     

    I do spend a relative amount of money and expect better service and reponse than this.

     

    Continues to be the most disappointig game i have played to date

    They have replied, but not with a full response and closed my ticket; i have replied but not sure it will go through

     

    Can you you please find out if my reply will be recieved?

     

    Glad to have finally had a begginning of a response, but we seem to be far away from a resolution

    Sigh. A sea of sighs. it's no use. The solution is never satisfactory and just. It's only disappointment that you will find. And the feeling like you're being a monster chasing these poor WB employees around the forums and e-mails for the help you are rightfully deserving of.

    Sigh.

     

    As predicted my ticket was just closed with a limited babbling response about

     

    1. How WB refuse to compare cases (even when they are the same and in the same kingdom and alliance)

    2. My details have been passed to the developers

    3. They CANNOT provide anything in game for the losses/lack of service i have encountered

    4. As they have passed it on, they have to close it and cannot discuss

     

    is that the way WB wants to treat customers? I may not be sinking thousands in to this game but i spend enough, and suffered enough of a financial loss to expect to be treat similarly to others.

     

    Please get this looked at; i will continue to post on Twitter and speak to GooglePlay until it is resolved

    I am experiencing the same issues with poor customer service and lack of follow up or follow through on discrepancies or app issues. Even when sending a direct message in the form to Maegon, it had been ignored. Guess they don’t like my money, I’ll take it elsewhere. @WB_Maegon

    I have filed a ticket about my game linking two accounts to my same Facebook log in. I am being told by support that can't possibly happen. Well I'm here to tell you it has! If I log in from another device it takes me to the second account which I never wanted!! I was trying to log into the main account I use (which still shows that it's bound to the same fb). I need this fixed so I don't lose my main account! Ticket #386551

    I am sorry i think you may have misunderstood my message

     

    Despite it being reviewed i am in not way satifisfied, happy, content, pleased, accepting or otherwise of the answers due to the nature of the response and the issues in my tickets

     

    I asked above, will someone review my reply when it is closed, or do i need to start the merry go round and raise a new one until you, as WB, repspond with at least looking like you have read some of the ticket and its contents and compenstated for the issues in the manner discussed

     

    Simply closing my ticket isnt good enough

    I am still holding off on a new ticket to see if you will get this looked at and rectified before i need to try something else?

     

    Can you confirm this will be done, or do i have to start all over again, with the same very obvious game bugs, evidence, proof and undeniable case for compensation??

     

    I guess this is like when my wife asks me to do something, i ignore her and she eventually gives up??

     

    Guess what; i am not giving up.

     

    Respect my customer rights and deal with this properly.

    I have been fighting with them since April of this year.
    They made the game so that you lose for you to spend more money. Even when something happens like a bug or a glitch, they dont care.

    This historic ticket of mine stil hasnt been resolve!

     

    WB just becuae you close it, it doesnt mean i have backed down and forgotten the issue

     

    Please check the tickets and come back to me with a correct response and compensation

     

    Still trying to get this sorted and you have only just recovered from another maniffest lack of service

     

    Notice a pattern? Maybe its not my phone, maybe it is your game....

    this is the last ticket i have not had a proper reponse too.

     

    Can you please ask for this to be looked at; relates to the last time the game was down for some users, massive data drain, missing leaderboard rewards and a raft of my general grumpiness all wrapped in to oen ticket

     

    This ha been going on for ages, and never dealt with by WB

     

    I just want it closed out so i can delete all the emails and screenshots and get on with enjoying the game

     

    After the latest update things are back to normal, but my inbox is still full of emails

    I have been locked out of my game for 2 weeks now and no one will tell me what is going on its a joke i have sent a number of emails asking what is going on and what is happening and i have got nothing back. Its good to know that they care about a costumer that just wanted to play the game with some of his friends. If someone can tell me what is going on with my account it would be greatly appreciated
