    I am sorry that you were charged for five packs when you only wanted one, I can understand your frustration. Who was it that said it was fraud, and wouldn't give you your money back? Have you raised a ticket with our Customer Support team through the in-game Settings menu or our website (go.wbgames.com/support)? You may want to check this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 as it gives details of the different ticket types and their responses e.g. a ticket raised as a "Bug Report" will be used to gather information to fix a bug, but players may not get individual replies.

    If you have any further queries, please respond to this post with your ticket number. I have also moved this post to the Support section for better visibility.

    Look all the money has been withdrawnand my account locked over all of this and I have can to terms with it all I just want the stuff from the package back that just disappeared With update I the gold every thing so if you can help me with this I would appreciate it Please fix this I really love this game but I have need had this many problems with buying and getting gold

    Hi FlyWheel,

    I have looked into your ticket and was able to reply to your email with additional instructions. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple Store, however you may contact Apple Support to request for a refund.

    My gold speed ups and where else it took look in my file and you will see what I had before the last update please fix this I growing very aggravated with this matter I have had to make to more purchases to stay going and I should not have had to do that

    I just want my stuff it’s all gone gold speed ups every thing I bought one package it charged me for five I got all the stuff from it I tried to get it back they told me no so I was just going to to keep the stuff then I did a update and when I logged back in everything was gone I was my stuff back please I don’t want a refund I want my stuff from the 99.00 package I have sent in screenshot of where I bought it and I want it back please

    My name in the game is in all the tickets I have sent in please address this today I have been more than patience with this matter and all I get is a email to go write all this somewhere else so please help me

    I had this similar problem and was told I am unable to recieve a refund and I provided my receipts/order history.

    This needs addressed more promptly this is peoples money!

    I have sent another help request because its not fair and the game is still screwing me over with errors kicking me out and then I lose battles against creatures because I didnt get the chance to change my march size gear over to attack/defensive gear. Lost stamina, wounded troops minus the rss for that.

    Please fix this..
