I am not satisfied with a response to a support ticket which was closed by a member of the customer service team without allowing me to further follow something up. His replies to me just don't make sense and i would like a full and detailed explanation of how exactly upkeep works...
I opened 40 million worth of food crates... game crashes for approx 3 minutes... i log back in and all the food is gone... apparently my 10m per hour upkeep took all of it and theres nothing he can do and its normal game play... the customer service agent who responded to my ticket did not seem to understand what i was trying to say he kept telling me i had missed 4 hours worth of upkeep... which isnt the case ebcause i had the app running in the back ground was was dipping in constantly due to it been an event weekend so that been said....
(1) its not normal.
(2) the guy basically called me liar by saying he was unable to locate any missing food outside of normal game play.
(3) you should not close tickets without allowing people to respond properly.
(4) maybe it is time I contact Apple because your game is now a mess.
(5) maybe its time i start playing Iron Throne instead of this.
The ticket in question was 225228.
Simply put since the kingdom mergers your game has been an unstable mess. your forcing people to replace losses that are not their fault because you cant get things right.
