Abdication and cooldown

In announcement when you abdicate you get a 3min bubble and have to wait 72 hours to do it again.

Obviously if i abdicate and then retake it i have to wait 72 before taking it again.

But if i pass it to someone and then they want to abdicate do they then get a 3min sheild or is it only once no matter who has it in that 72hr period.

I ask specifically cause i dont want the sop to lock automatically if we pass it around a second time sk guys can use the train bonus.

  The SOP will lock if it is abdicated twice within a 72 hour period during 'protected' time.
  
  Otherwise, the wall will reset to 0% and a new cool down period will start after the 2nd abdication.
