I sent in a ticket yesterday that My notifications are alerting me to certain things (port rewards, delivery of advance resoruces etc) but not alerting me to attacks, scouts DMs etc. I received a lovely reply telling me everything is "functioning as it should" and "your phone must be the issue" . the standard "your lying" response to my VERY REAL ISSUE. I log in to find a nice little 200 gold reward from the devs apologizing for the recent spike in performance issues...So customer service tells me that everything is functioning normally but the devs just sent out a game wide apology letter to its players for performace issues?!
This is total bull**bleep** I really would like to speak to someone who can give me a straight answer!! I will not let this issue go. Ive spent to much time effort and money to let this stand!

The game team has confirmed that all Push Notifications requests are successfully being sent by the game servers to Apple & Google services, so if you still do not receive some (or all) of them on your device, this is not something that we have any additional control over or can force to be delivered to your device.
