problem ignored even after fault was admitted by devs

    We apologize for the confusion. The performance issues the occurred yesterday did not have any known impacts to notifications. If you have any further concerns in regards to your ticket, you may reply back to the agent's email response.

    I have responded and I was told in so many words "I dont believe you" and as far as "known impact" if a player is coming to you with this problem while the game was experiencing "proformance issues" it would stand to reason that its now a 'known impact" My issue was very plainly spelled out. I recieve notifactions when I have a reward in my port or a delivery of advance resources but when im under attack ,experiencing a scout, or receive a DM I get no notification when I sign on. All customer service sees is a player whining about an attack but im trying to tell you that I dont get every notification i'm supposed to get!

    I have been responding back to the email for the past 3 days and have not received any respone. To say that this last round of "performance issues" had no effect on notifications is a poor excuse at best. I can't imagine a situation where you can identify a problem with the performace of the game and be 100% confident that it caused no other issues anywhere else.
