So the night before the last PVP I re-set my shield with a three day shield (I still had 7+ Hours left). My shield did not take and I lost 13.5 MILLION in power and 1.5 MILLION troops. Customer Service has been less than helpful. My game is really glitchy and I have sent in video and pictures of what it is doing and he did not care. Why do you not care about your customers! We are the ones who are paying to play this game. I was given 50K in gold and told good luck. That is not acceptable. I am having legitimatexa0issues with my game. Because of that attack- I earned 3rd place in my leader board, but did not get a single point as far as the progression rewards go. Why is that??? Every time I have send in a ticket, I'm given some bs reason why I didn't get my daily rewards or any of the other glitches that I have had to deal with. This whole situation is very frustrating. I would really like someone to get back to me. Thanks!
