Dear WB Games Support Team
Firstly some data:
- Platform Samsung Galaxy S9 Edge (and S7 Edge)
- OS Android 8.0.0 (on both the platforms) - Up to date
- Game of Trone: Conquest - Version 1.6.223785 - Up to date
- Kingdom #129 after the merge - #75 before the merge
- Internet connection:xa04G, 5G and WiFis
The issue in short:
On both the platforms (one is mine and one belong to my girlfriend) we're experiencing a lot of failure to sync the game while we're playing. It's not simply an out-of-syncxa0that sometime takes only few seconds to go forward. It freeze the game for several minutes with the message "Failed to sync with the server. Please restart." sometimes I just wait and it works, sometimes not and I have to restart the game.Usually to play even 10 minutes I have freezing for over 30 minutes overall.
It's very frustrating expecially when it happens while I'm under attack or when I'm attacking a player.xa0Being defeated during one (or more) freezing has cost mexa0almost a hundred of millions of resources. This problem started a couple of month ago and still persists. I noticed that this happens always when I need to pass from GOT to another App or to a call or when simply the screen goes to black due inactivity.xa0As soon as I get back to GOT I immediately I get a freeze / failure to sync / crash.
My GF has the same game on the same OS but different platform and she get the same issues.
We're careful buyers and we're investing good money in this game. We like it and now we have allies that are good friends all around the world.
Take note of this and help me find a solution. Not only because the lags and the freezes are very long but above all because I can not spend real money to buy resources that I lose due issues / bugs in the game (common to many others players ,it's seems).
