    I am sorry that you have lost 50K and have not received a reply to your ticket yet, I can understand that being frustrating. Could you reply with your ticket number please? You may want to take a look at this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 as it will explain the different ticket types and what response each will receive. For example, a bug report ticket will be used to gather information about a particular issue to get it resolved, but you may not receive a specific response to the ticket raised.
