    I'd recommend reaching out to Customer Support in this case, so that way they can try to assist you in this matter. You can get in touch with them via making a ticket through the in-game Settings menu or directly via the website ( Once you have done that, you can reply here with your Ticket ID so that way it is on-hand for reference.


    In addition, I've moved your post into its own thead in 'Support' to ensure better visibility.
