    I am sorry that you have not received your banner change item. If you have made sure the game is up to date and restarted the game without the item appearing, then please reach out to Customer Support through the in-game Settings menu or our website (go.wbgames.com/support) and they will be able to look into this issue. Please take a look at this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 which explains the different types of tickets and the responses they receive e.g. "bug reports" will be used to gather information but won't receive a specific response. I have moved this to the Support section, please post your ticket number in your reply.
