xa0 I've not received feedback via email, and so I'm hoping that perhaps here, I may receive a response. On Saturday, 5/19/18, I submitted a PVP/Event Rewards Ticket. I spent a significant amount of gold on stamina to enter/start rallies. I did this for creatures level 20-26. I did it multiple times; it was not until later that I realized that I was not getting reports, rewards, etc for the rallies for mammoths at levels 24-26. I submitted a ticket indicating that I'd lost gold, stamina, and resources during this process thanks to the glitch. I did not hear back. Several other people submitted tickets. Several people heard back. Several people were given 10 x 100 stamina, plus 100k in gold to provide recompense for their losses and some were given only 10 x 100 stamina.xa0
I have waited patiently for feedback. I've not received it. Today, WB released their 'mea culpa' regarding the glitch, providing a reported 300 gold and 250 stamina. First of all, this does not sufficently even closely begin to cover my losses from this event. I placed 5th. With the lost rally points, I would likely have been in the top 3; this would have resulted in more gold, keystones, and other rewards. I spent well over 300 gold, particularly because just 1 full 100 stamina costs 700 gold and I purchased well over 35 full stamina during this event. Secondly, I'm extremely disappointed that no one has responded to my ticket. I've now replied to the email twice, to continued lack of response. Finally, I'm disappointed and frustrated in general. I've spent hundreds of dollars on Game of Thrones Conquest. It repeatedly glitches. I continue to lose gold, resources, and other items due to the glitches that occur at least every other week. Every time I express my concern about my losses, I'm ignored. It's genuinely difficult to understand why I should continue to pay to be treated like crap and like my concerns are invalid.xa0
I'm hoping I get an actual response here and that my concerns are addressed to a satisfactory end. I've heard positive things from other members of my allegiance regarding this forum and the positive response they have received from customer service.xa0
