    I am sorry that you have not received your gold nor a reply to your ticket. I can understand how that could frustrating. You also said that the ticket you raised is no longer visible. If you don't have the ticket number, please raise a new ticket and respond here with the new ticket number.

    Before you raise a ticket You may want to check this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 as it gives details of the different ticket types and their responses e.g. a ticket raised as a "Bug Report" will be used to gather information to fix a bug, but players may not get individual replies.

    I have have also moved your post to the Support section for better visibility.

    I have also submittied tickets and then find they are not there, my game says no tickets submitted but I know I sumbitted 2 through the game. I don't have this gold issue but I do have the tickets not showing up issue.xa0
