Why is support so slow to respond? I've submitted a couple of tickets recently and got an initial reply then nothing. The last one though has me upset so I'd really like an answer. I made my first PVP attack at 12:01 right after the event started. I made sure it showed on my screen that it started before I attacked. I got 168,870 points from that hit and it showed that on the leader board. However I did not receive the Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 chest rewards I should've received. Later I did a small second attack and got 8,000 points which added to my leaderboard total however on the rewards detail section I had 8,000 total points. I did get the Tier 1 chest. So I had 2 different point totals for the same event. I'd like compensation for the rewards I lost out on that's ridiculous. I have screenshots to prove everything assuming support ever gets back to me. Ticket #569161
