No help from support PVP bug

    I am sorry for the issue you had with collecting your event rewards. I know that the Customer Support team are working as quickly as possible through all tickets. Were you able to ask questions by replying to the response you received? I can see that you have one ticket posted, if you have any others please respond with those also. I have moved this post to the Support section for better visibility.

    Getting the run around from support on this and despite screenshots I'm battling to get compensated for this.  I don't understand as I earned the points after the event started.  It's only a couple of tier level chests but that's not the point.  I don't like be treated like a moron by generic responses and links to forum bugs section.  It's a known bug that's acknowledged on Apr 19th but it also said would be addressed in the next update. It wasn't. I'm not happy and it's a horrible way for WB to treat their customers.

    Goodbye everyone quitting this game.  Support refuses to compensate me for my lost rewards and will all the bugs this game isn't worth my time and money anymore.  Too bad because I love the game but this is a joke.
