I cannot claim my Flayed Man Rewards

I cannot claim my Flayed Man Rewards!xa0 Even though I finished 131st in the Kingdom, every time I go to claim my reward it says it's expired but still shows 5 days and some change to claim.xa0 I have never claimed this reward previously.xa0 My Game Tag is House Farrell73!xa0 Please help!

  You are not alone, I’ve heard others say the same thing. I wouldn’t know first hand as I still cannot get the game to work.

  There has been some confusion with the recent event rewards. As described in the event description, only players ranked #1 through #125 will receive a reward. The game team is reviewing the in-game messaging so this is clearer in the future.
