Hello WB Support. I was attacked on 07/24/2018 and received my notification about one hour later. So I could not activate a shield or send my troops away in time. I reported it before I got a notification. I lost all my troops and can not play anymore because I do not have any resources anymore. After spending a lot of money on this game and not being able to play this game anymore, I have 2 options. Either someone finally answers me and you restore my troops. Or I will ask Apple and Google Play for a full refund of my purchased packages. I have already legally checked, because there is no fault on my part. My ticket number is # 393510.
