Foud counter doesn't work

    My food resources keep eliminating every time I log on. I can gather and they are added but when I close the app and log on again it gets to 423k automatically. I haven't been attacked or use that quantity of food!

    That amount, 423k, is your storehouse limit. If you have loose food above that your troops will eat some every time they go out on a march, whenever the app starts and every hour, I believe. It is one of the challenges of expanding your castle since many buildings require significant amounts of food.

    No I think I was clear. I don't use it. Last night I had over 800k. I have done nothing yet. Just opened thr app. A march came back with food. My food is 440 (I wrote 423 by fault). My storehouse limit yes. Is this the right place for the administrators to see my complains?

    I am sorry that you have had a problem with your food count. If you have made sure that you have the most up to date version of the game, please completely close the game, and restart the device. Do you still get the same issue? Does it happen every time you open the game? Please raise a ticket with our Customer Support team for them to look into this further. You can raise a ticket through the in-game Settings menu or our website (go.wbgames.com/support). You may want to check this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 as it gives details of the different ticket types and their responses e.g. a ticket raised as a "Bug Report" will be used to gather information to fix a bug, but players may not get individual replies.
