    You said you would comp me 5,000 gold in your email. I really don’t care what sort of bugs you’re aware of or not. The fact is that I encountered the bug. How it happened, however many people it did or did not affect means nothing to me. 5,000 gold doesn’t help me at all, I didn’t even notice my gold balance increase 5,000. Really, giving me 5,000 gold is an insult though. To spend hundreds of dollars that ends up lost due to your unstable game, you’ll only comp me 5,000 gold?!? To retrain the troops I lost, for both occurrences, it’d cost me more like 300k. It’s literally a slap in the face.

    Their compensation policy has no basis in reality. In fact, it never has.

    Is it because they don't know how their own game works, or because they don't care?
